CSR has become part of daily business nowadays. At Van Geelen we are permanently aware of the right balance between profit, people and planet. Next to the aim to make profit, we constantly keep an eye on the effects on nature and on the people in and around our company.
How are we doing this?
By nature, renting is a very environmentally friendly business activity. Within our rental business we are trying to keep the negative effects on the environment to a bare minimum. Therefore you will find only high quality products of renowned producers in our product range, that are interchangeable where possible. Repair is easy and after the lifespan of the products we are able to keep the amount of waste negligible. Of course all our waste is separated and recycled. By using smart internal processes and because of our central location, close to our customers, we limit the environmental damage as much as possible
What else do we do?
For our people we have developed some good terms of employment. We like to see them with a smile on their face. We accomplish this by stimulating them to gain knowledge and experience so they can be of even better service to you. Of course we are trying to keep the physical strain acceptable by using all sorts of equipment. This way we keep our people healthy, so they can be there for you.
